    We provide delivery services within the United States and to some supported regions. For remote or special areas, please consult customer service before placing your order.
    For international shipping services, shipping costs and times will be calculated separately based on the order and destination. Please note that international orders may involve customs, duties, and import regulations, and the buyer is responsible for related costs and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  2. Domestic and International Shipping Times
    US Domestic Standard Shipping: Order processing time is usually 1–2 business days, shipping time is estimated at 5–10 business days, and the total delivery time is approximately 6–12 business days.
    US Domestic Expedited Shipping: Order processing time is 1 business day, shipping time is estimated at 2–5 business days, and the total delivery time is approximately 3–6 business days.
    International Shipping (North America): Order processing time is 2–5 business days, shipping time is approximately 7–15 business days, and the total delivery time is approximately 9–20 business days.

    To ensure efficient and safe delivery, we cooperate with several professional logistics companies:
    US Domestic Logistics Partners: UPS, FedEx, DHL Express.
    International Logistics Partners: DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, FedEx. Note: The logistics company will select the appropriate shipping method based on the delivery area. You will receive tracking information after your order is shipped, allowing you to track your order status in real time.
  5. Delivery Information
    Order Processing: Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation. US orders typically take 1-2 business days, and international orders take 2-5 business days.
    Delivery Requirements: Large furniture items require recipient signature upon delivery. Please inspect the product for any damage upon receipt. If you find any shipping damage, please take photos immediately and contact customer service.
    Delays and Exceptions: In case of force majeure, inclement weather, traffic delays, or customs clearance delays, we will notify customers promptly and assist in resolving the issue.
